18 Year Old With Aesthetic Nasal Concerns As Well As Nasal Airway Obstruction, Underwent Open Rhinoplasty Using An Open Rhinoplasty Technique. The Patient Underwent Lowering Of The Nasal Dorsum, Infracturing Of The Nasal Bones And Simultaneous Partial Inferior Turbinate Resection For Nasal Airway Obstruction.
